Refund Policy

Seedhi baat: you pay ₹499 once (launch price till 31 October; list price ₹999), and you can read the whole invitation before you pay. So the policy is short.

When you get a full refund

• Not published. You paid, the Invitation has not gone live, and you ask within 7 days of the payment. Full refund, no questions.
• Our fault. The Invitation cannot be published or kept live because of a problem on our side that we cannot fix within 48 hours of your report. Full refund, however long ago you paid.
• Charged twice. A duplicate payment for the same Invitation is refunded in full as soon as we see it.

When there is no refund

• The link is live. Publishing is the service: the design, hosting, guest links and reply dashboard are delivered the moment the link goes live. From then on the purchase cannot be returned, including when the wedding is postponed or called off, when you change your mind about the design (you can switch designs on a live Invitation for free), or when guests did not open the link.
• More than 7 days have passed since payment and the reason is not one of the three above.
• Removed for a breach of the terms (unlawful content, resale, chargeback abuse).

How to ask

Tap Poochho on any page and choose “Payment or refund”, or email riekapps@gmail.com from the address you paid with. Mention the time of payment. We answer within one working day.

How the money comes back

Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments to the card, UPI id or account that paid. Dodo sends them out at once; banks in India usually show the amount within 5 to 7 working days, occasionally up to 10. The GST invoice is cancelled with the refund.

Chargebacks

Please ask us before asking your bank. A chargeback raised while an Invitation is live takes the link offline until the dispute is settled, and we answer the dispute with the payment record and the publish log. A refund request takes a day; a chargeback takes your bank weeks.

Nothing here takes away rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
